How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Settings → Danger → Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm your password and tick a confirmation box. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
How do I cancel my Summova Premium subscription?
Open iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Summova and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
My purchase isn't showing — how do I restore it?
Go to Settings → Premium → Summova Pro and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the Apple ID you used to purchase. If the issue persists, contact us.
GPS isn't tracking accurately — what can I do?
Ensure Location access is set to Always in iOS Settings → Privacy → Location Services → Summova. Start recording outdoors away from tall buildings. GPS accuracy can be reduced by heavy tree cover and narrow valleys.
How does peak detection work?
Summova automatically logs a peak when your recorded GPS track passes within a defined radius of a known summit. The peak appears in your profile within seconds of saving the activity. Note: GPS drift may occasionally trigger or miss a detection.
I want a copy of my data. How do I request it?
You have the right to a copy of your personal data under UK GDPR. Email us at help.summova@gmail.com with the subject "Data Access Request" and we'll respond within one calendar month.
